Anemi cottage is located in a quiet secluded area, 3 km from the popular tourist resort of Nea Skioni, in a beautiful complex, on a private plot of land of 500 m2.
Just 12 km from the cottage you will find one of the most popular tourist towns of Chalkidiki - Chaniotis. There is a resort with natural hot springs within 10 km from the house. Near the complex there is a small five-star Anastasia resort hotel.
1st floor: living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room opens onto spacious terrace and yard.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), bathroom.
The interior concept belongs to famous interior designer. On the first floor: light parquet flooring, false ceilings with lighting in the living room and all bedrooms. The living room has a convertible sofa.

This luxury complex is located in the southern part of the Chalkidiki peninsula, overlooking the blue waters of the Aegean Sea and the mountains.
Near the cottage there are sulfur springs of Agia Paraskevi, which have medicinal properties. To the south of the cottage complex, at a distance of only 2 km, is Nea Skioni - the fishing village of Kassandra, where the largest port on the peninsula is located, many fishing boats from the entire Gulf of Thermaikos and even from the northern Sporades islands moor here. The port is famous for fishing cod fishing nets at the North Aegean fishing base.
Walking around the port, you will definitely go to one of the taverns where you will be offered fresh fish, because visiting such a tavern is certainly a very attractive offer for the visitor. Nea Skioni has hotel complexes, fish taverns and souvenir shops, supermarkets and taxis. There is also a pharmacy and customs at the port.
